My journey, akin to many professionals in the Australian construction sector, began with an apprenticeship as a carpenter, marking my first foray into the world of construction.
During this formative period, I absorbed the foundational aspects of the industry, honed my skills, accumulated valuable experience, and developed a profound passion for the field. The apprenticeship allowed me to grasp the essence of the industry and paved the way for me to evolve into a qualified tradie.
My trajectory led me to ascend to the role of a construction supervisor/manager. To enhance my capabilities, I embarked on higher-level building and construction courses with TAFE NSW, completing the Diploma of Builder and Construction and the Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
My tenure at AusDream Built as a Site Manager for approximately 20 months has been particularly rewarding. Here, I assume full accountability for site planning, organization, and management, coordinating trades, devising program schedules, prioritizing workplace health and safety, and supervising sub-contractors and site personnel.
My dedication to my work is deeply rooted in my passion for the industry. I derive immense satisfaction from each project I undertake, which propels me to consistently strive for excellence.
