As a Project Manager at AusDream Built, he currently oversees 24 active residential projects, managing everything from site setup to final handover. His role involves coordinating subcontractors, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining clear communication with clients to guarantee their expectations are met or exceeded.
Chandrahas brings a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, supported by his deep technical knowledge and calm, solutions-focused leadership style. He is well-versed in interpreting and reviewing construction drawings in line with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and ensuring all site activities meet regulatory standards.
Prior to joining AusDream Built, Chandrahas worked with ACHIY Homes, where he developed strong foundational skills in sustainable and modern building systems. He gained hands-on experience in timber-frame construction, Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), and Passive House principles—working on energy-efficient designs that meet today's growing demand for sustainable living.
In earlier roles with other respected home builders, he supervised over 15 residential projects simultaneously, managing all stages from excavation through to completion. He is highly proficient in a range of industry tools and software, including Procore, Onsite Companion, Monday.com, AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD Pro.
With a solid working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC), AS 1684, and general carpentry practices, Chandrahas seamlessly bridges the gap between technical planning and hands-on execution.
